Northbridge in Babcock Ranch is a 100-acre community that will ultimately contain more than 300 single family homes. Constructed by Pulte Home Builders, the one or two-story homes will range in size from 1,400 square feet to 4,500 square feet of indoor living space and will incorporate smart technology systems. Presently, the new construction homes begin in the mid $200,000 price range.
